This collaboration aims to provide a highly reliable and sustainable control architecture for the industrial automation market by combining ICOP's robust hardware platform with IntervalZero's EtherCAT Real-Time software technology.

ICOP's EBOX-TGL series compact industrial computers, powered by Intel® Tiger Lake i5-1135G7 processors and supporting dual-channel DDR4 3200MHz SO-DIMM memory (up to 64GB), not only provide a robust computing foundation but also feature high compatibility to fully support the expansion of IntervalZero's EtherCAT real-time control software.
By introducing IntervalZero's RTX64 real-time platform and KINGSTAR automation development platform, developers can transform a standard Windows environment into a real-time operating system (RTOS), running motion control applications with microsecond-level precision directly on the EBOX-TGL platform. This not only effectively reduces architectural complexity and hardware costs but also meets the strict requirements of modern industrial equipment for performance and scalability.
ICOP will participate in the 2026 South China International Industry Fair (SCIIF) alongside IntervalZero, where a jointly developed EtherCAT dynamic display machine will be exhibited live.
This display system runs IntervalZero's KINGSTAR on ICOP's EBOX-TGL-35G7-L4 industrial computer (equipped with COM x4, LAN x4) and integrates ICOP's QEC series EtherCAT slave modules (covering multi-axis motor control and digital/analog I/O modules), along with third-party EtherCAT slave devices such as Beckhoff Safety modules, for seamless collaborative operation. Through this hardware and software combination, developers can efficiently construct and deploy complex automation applications such as Multi-master, Cable redundancy, and FSoE (FailSafe over EtherCAT) safety protocols.
