ICOP’s QEC-RXXJT series are standard industrial EtherCAT SubDevice junction modules, with standard EtherCAT junction modules and fiber optics modules. Supports flexible wiring configurations in line, tree, and star topologies, allowing EtherCAT systems to remain operational if a machine error requires a shutdown.
Complying with the EtherCAT Conformance Test Tool (ET9400), the QEC-RXXJT is qualified and can cooperate with most third-party EtherCAT master systems for quick implementation in industrial applications.
The QEC-RXXJT1S/2S modules offer standard EtherCAT Junction, allowing for both daisy chain and branch connections. Realizing flexible wiring by daisy chain and branch connection, designed to support connection lengths of up to 100 meters with 100BASE-TX, these modules ensure robust and reliable networking in demanding industrial environments. The QEC-RXXJT series can also monitor hardware information on temperature, voltage, current, and startup time (hr). These features allow users to track the system’s carbon footprint and estimate its lifespan.
The QEC-RXXJT series measures 107.45 x 77.4 x 30 mm and supports standard system operation from -20 to +70°C. It can be easily installed by Din Rail mounting kit and features a European-style terminal block that provides easy installation and removable wiring terminals for easy deployment.
