Dear ICOP customers and partners,
The current COVID-19 situation is dynamic and continues to evolve rapidly. We hope that you are staying safe throughout this global health emergency and wish a speedy recovery to anyone affected.
The impact brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge we take seriously, and the safety of our people, valued customers, and families are our greatest priority. Recently, we have been ordered to comply with the Los Angeles County and California State Public Health Orders of “Safer at Home” and “Stay at Home.” These orders place strict restrictions on not only public and private activities but also on “non-essential” business practices; all who can stay at home must stay at home.
Starting Monday, March 23rd all staff that can perform their job duties from home will do so, at least through April 19th. This will apply to our sales and marketing employees throughout all offices in North America. For those duties that cannot be performed remotely, we have implemented safety measures at our facilities that will allow them to be accomplished on-site, e.g., our warehouses will continue to operate as normally as possible. ICOP will also restrict, if not eliminate all staff travel and visitations to our offices. We will continue to be available by phone and/or email as usual.
ICOP remains dedicated to ensuring business continuity during this time and we appreciate your understanding and patience should delivery, technical support, and/or factory repair turnaround times be delayed.
We will continue to closely monitor and inform of any changes to our status during this rapidly developing crisis. In the meantime, as ICOP endeavors to keep our communities safe while maintaining services to our partners and customers, please remain vigilant in your own practices to keep yourselves and your families healthy.
