SOM304DX2 is a 70 x 70 x 10.5 mm 304 pins module with build-in Vortex86DX2 CPU and onboard 512MB/1GB DRAM. Its highly integrated design provides rich features including ISA, PCIe, RS-232, USB, GPIO, LAN, PWM, SATA, VGA/LCD, audio, Watchdog timer and etc. Power consumption is under 5W.

 

 

 

·  Strong and Secure

The SOM304DX2 is designed for industrial applications working in critical and harsh environments. Its surrounding metal shield not only provides solid protection to SOM304DX2, but also a good heat dissipation and EMI emission mitigation mechanism.

The high density underneath connector design let SOM304DX2 sit on carrier boards firmly and also provide high quality data communication between each other. Additional 4 screws at corners give customers worry free on falling apart concern.

·  Stable

SOM304DX2 adopts DMP's industrial grade Vortex86DX2 CPU with mature 90nm technology. By soldering all components on, including DDR2 RAM up to 1GB, SOM304DX2 provides customers ultimate data communication efficiency and interoperate stability for long-term usage in tough working environments.

·  Selectable

Except basic features on SOM304DX2, additional IO signals are available for customers’ selection.

Customers will also have chances to work with ICOP for longer supply of SOM304DX2 with special request.
