1.1 Within Warranty Period
ICOP products are covered by a standard 1-year limited warranty, effective from the date of shipment.
1.2 Outside of Warranty Period
Products that exceed the 1-year warranty period are considered out of warranty. Repairs and maintenance will be charged accordingly.
1.3 Extended Warranty
Customers may request an extended warranty service period for an additional service charge. Please contact ICOP Sales for more details.
Customers who purchased ICOP products and use them under normal conditions are entitled to maintenance service within the warranty period, should a product issue occur during that time.
Warranty service will not apply, and maintenance charges will be levied, under the following conditions:
3.1 The product is out of the warranty period.
3.2 The product is damaged under any of the following conditions, even within the warranty period:
Includes any unauthorized repairs or modifications, use of incompatible accessories, or operation outside of the specified environment.
Includes damages caused by dropping, impact, liquid intrusion, mishandling, or improper storage.
3.3 Limitation of Liability
ICOP assumes no liability for any damages, lost profits, lost savings, or any other incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse of, or inability to use this product. ICOP shall not be liable for any claim made by any other related party.
Return authorization must be obtained from ICOP before any returned merchandise is accepted.
The customer is responsible for one-way shipping to return the product to ICOP’s office. ICOP will cover the return shipping cost back to the customer after repair or replacement.
If ICOP is found responsible for the DOA issue after investigation, ICOP will cover both-way (round trip) shipping costs.
For product returns not related to warranty claims, a restocking fee of 20% of the item’s cost will be applied.
