El siguiente diagrama de flujo describe brevemente cómo se procesará el proyecto. Según nuestra experiencia, normalmente se puede proporcionar 3 prototipos de muestras dentro de 8 semanas para la prueba del cliente después de que ICOP y el cliente confirmen las especificaciones del producto y la lista de materiales (BOM, por sus siglas en inglés).
El acuerdo de servicio del proyecto ODM / OEM con los detalles del proyecto será definido y firmado por ambas partes para lanzar el servicio ODM / OEM.
