ICOP’s SOM304D3 is an ideal small computer module to reduce cabling and improve vibration/shock resistance between CPU module and carrier boards which can be designed and made by customers or from ICOP’s OEM/ODM service, Based on DMP Vortex86DX3 1GHz SoC, SOM304D3 is available in single and dual core version with 1 or 2GB DDR3 RAM and can provide suitable and balanced computing performance to many industrial usages.

SOM304D3 is not only equipped with SATA, USB, PCIe, LAN, ADC, ISA, LCD, VGA, Audio, Keyboard, and Mouse, but also provides additional 10 x I/O ports (80 pins) for customers’ definition such as GPIO, RS232, RS485, IDE, SPI, I2C, PWM, SD, and Printer, saving time and money in system design.

With excellent thermal design and dimension in 70 x 70 x 10.5mm, the SOM module can operate in environment from -20℃ to +70℃and is very suitable for space-constrained applications.
